We have three very different options for your reception – The Barn, The Hay Shed and The Outdoors.
Get together with friends and family and style the reception yourself to add a personal and unique touch, or we can suggest wedding stylists who can do it all, so there’s less stress, and more time to enjoy it.
Most couples choose to book the full package including the ceremony, reception and accommodation. You also have the option to add extra nights, and make a little holiday of it. When many couples have their family and friends coming from interstate and overseas, this is great option to spend extra quality time with them.
We also include ceremony and reception set up, configured to your specifications PLUS pack down and clean up. You just need to add flowers and your personal styling touch.
This website has a live Availability Calendar for available dates. If the weekend you want isn’t available, perhaps consider a midweek wedding. It’s more affordable for you and your guests, more dates available, greater availability of vendors and well worth considering if you don’t want to wait.

Karyn, Michael, and the team are the nicest people you will meet but also true professionals. Nothing was too much for them and they were always happy to answer any question that we had. Karyn is wonderful in the lead up when we had to postpone our first date for the wedding due to the pandemic. A picturesque venue for our wedding was really important to me and there are so many options to do the day how you want.
We got married in the 2022 rain event in the Hunter Valley and on the day we needed to get people in earlier than expected due to road closures. Karyn and Michael were awesome and did everything to not only help us but to keep us calm. I don't know how many times Michael drove down to talk with SES and check the river level. They absolutely went above and beyond to just make sure the day worked and They saved our day from disaster.
Once we confirmed we would proceed on the day they went into full wedding support mode and just got everything in place. It was amazing how good they are with this venue and you have to get married here if you can find a date. They also switched from wedding site manager to bar manager to help the staff in the evening. They were all fabulous from start to finish.
Thank you so much for saving our day and putting up with everything that was thrown at you by the weather early in the day. The photos don't show the chaos but we truly couldn't have got through the day without your knowledge, expertise, calmness, laughs and hard work. read less

Karyn and the team were great to deal with in the lead up, they were always quick to respond to emails and were so helpful with all our requests. They also went absolutely above and beyond on our wedding day - they were keeping track of timing, helping direct our guests and vendors etc. Michael from the Adam's Peak team even drove us around the property to go for photos, and when there was too much mud for me to walk through in my heels he planted his feet in the middle of the mud and told me to use his feet as stepping stones so I could get across. Talk about going above and beyond! I am a wedding planner and have worked in events for years, and can honestly say Adam's Peak is one of the most helpful and hands-on venues I've ever worked with. Plus, it's such a beautiful location with a great wet weather option for the ceremony so we didn't have to worry about rain on the day. Our guests were blown away by the views and the venue itself. Our wedding day was perfect and we are so happy we went with Adam's Peak, I can't recommend them highly enough! read less

The wedding planner absolutely was the bible for us in planning the perfect day. Karen and her team are professional, warm and organised. The venue is absolutely stunning and beautifully presented. My partner and I started looking for wedding venue's in 2019 and Adams Peak was one of the first we looked at. From that moment on, I couldn't get this place out of my head and any place we looked at after, just couldn't live up to Adams Peak.
Our wedding was postponed 4 times over 2 years due to Covid, and every time Karyn was amazing to deal with. She was always lovely, always responded quickly and nothing was ever too much for her. At one point I was wondering how long it would take me to walk down the aisle so I could get the timing of the music right, and Karyn went out there and counted the number of steps from the start to the end, and the time it took her!
Over the time we had booked Adams Peak, they brought on a new event coordinator, Anne-Marie. At first I was a little worried, I had spent 18 months dealing with Karyn and felt like she knew everything I wanted and how I wanted it, I was unsure that someone new would be able to take on that much history. But I had nothing to be worried about! Anne-Marie was beyond incredible and it truely felt like one of my best friends was coordinating the day for me. She was truely amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Even running back to the rooms last minute to grab the rings in the pouring rain!
I also need to mention Michael, because he was amazing too! He let my 2 year old son sit on his ride on mower and my son has not stopped talking about it since! Michael gave us hay to feed the gorgeous cows they have on site, and gave us a lift back to the wedding when my feet were sore from walking in heels! He was also a huge help in setting up the day before, nothing was too much trouble for him. Even drilling hooks into the wall so I could hang a frame exactly where I wanted it haha
The venue itself is amazing, the rooms were all immaculate and had everything we needed! The grounds were perfect, and even the toilets got a lot of mentions from my girlfriends - a little box on the sink full of anything and everything one might need at a wedding - deodorant, bobby pins, safety pints, hair spray, needle & thread and all kinds of things!
I absolutely love Adams Peak & cannot recommend it enough!!!
