- 3 night minimum stay for long weekend, Xmas and New Year bookings
- 1 night bookings based on availability (surcharge applies)
- Security bond preauthorisation of $300 processed 1-3 days prior to arrival
- A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking, final payment due 14 days prior to arrival
- This property has unfenced dams and creek nearby, be responsible for your children at all times
- Parties and events are prohibited at this property
