Maranda Country House is set on three private acres and boasts a refreshing pool and a private screened four person spa/hot tub as well as some of the best uninterrupted views in the Hunter Valley.
Maranda Country Estate is located next to Mount Eyre Vineyard and minutes from all the cellar doors and restaurants in the area. The accommodation comprises five bedrooms; two queen and three king bedrooms.  Three of the bedrooms are in the main house with two bathrooms, and the other bedrooms are made up of two self contained studios adjacent the main house.
The Garden Studio One has a King bed and double sofa bed (sleeps 3-4), a full bathroom, TV,  tea and coffee making facilities plus reverse cycle air-conditioning.  The Garden Studio Two has a king bed (or two king singles) and a queen size hotel quality sofa bed, separate toilet, reverse cycle air conditioning, a small kitchenette plus large plasma TV.  The house provides private comfortable accommodation for 10 to 16 people and welcomes pets.
Maranda Country Estate has polished timber floors, nine foot ceilings, a spacious lounge and dining room with large table.  There is a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ and two separate outside entertainment areas, all with panoramic views over the local vineyards, hills and ranges.  At Maranda we provide absolutely everything you group could want with a huge 50inch Plasma TV in the main room and a further 3 TVs in the bedrooms, Apple TV, free WIFI, a DVD and book library and games.  With 5 reverse cycle air conditioners, separate heating in all bedrooms, ceiling fans and a wood burning fire, it the perfect retreat all year around. You can kick back with your favourite wine and enjoy the ambiance.  If your group is large or small, Maranda will weave her magic and transport you to a place of peace and tranquillity that you will find hard to leave
