“It was smiles all round when Singleton Cancer Appeal Committee, president, Kay Sullivan accepted a donation from the Broke Fordwich Wine and Tourism Association for $3226 to fund her organisation’s vital work in providing facilities and services for cancer patients at Singleton Hospital.
And there was more with Sydney based glass wholesaler Case e Cucina principals Quentin Robertson and Jenny Westrup on hand to donate a further $200 to the Committtee.
Their business had also supported the fundraiser by the Broke Fordwich group by providing the glassware used at the Little Bit of Italy weekend at a discounted rate to ensure maximum monies were raised for the Committee.”
